  • Affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • Sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

Definitions
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Bank of Manhattan has one affiliate, Banc of Manhattan Capital.
  • We do not share information with our affiliate regarding your credit worthiness or for the purpose of marketing their products.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Bank of Manhattan does not share information with nonaffiliates so they can market products and services to you.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
  • Bank of Manhattan does not currently have any joint marketing arrangements.

Prior to sharing any personal information with an affiliate or nonaffilates for marketing purposes or sharing information regarding your creditworthiness with an affiliate; we will provide you the opportunity to opt-out of such sharing.
